We seek a motivated individual to manage inventory, assist in patient enrollment for copay assistance, and support prior authorizations and delivery processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Mass Registered Pharmacy Tech registration required.
• 1–3 years related work experience required.
• Basic familiarity with computers and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill orders accurately and timely.
• Resolve PBM-related billing issues.
• Handle phone inquiries and initial prescription intake.
• Cross-train in different roles within the facility as needed.
• Assist with enrollment in copay assistance programs and prior authorizations.
