Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or higher and active Georgia pharmacist license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a pharmacy team.
• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate Pharmacy Department activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Pharmacy Department activities under Pharmacy Manager.
• Monitor workload and department coverage of pharmacists and techs.
• Develop protocols for prescription processing meeting standards and insurance requirements.
• Resolve inquiries and concerns from intake and other departments.
• Ensure effective customer communication and department collaboration.
• Provide training and development for new hires and staff.
• Oversee dispensing of medications and drug utilization review.
