Job summary

Curant Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Smyrna, GA. The role starts with training Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM for 90 days, then shifts to 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM after training.

You will build relationships with patients, verify insurance, document notes in the pharmacy system, and work with doctors, hospitals, and staff in a collaborative environment. Qualified candidates must be Georgia-registered Pharmacy Technicians with a high school diploma and

Qualifications

  • Must be registered in Georgia as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Accurate transcription of information and data.
  • Preferred: 2 years of relevant pharmacy work experience.
  • Preferred: Experience handling pharmacy insurance rejections and billing.
  • Preferred: Experience in a retail pharmacy environment.

Job description

During the first 90 days of employment, the schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM for training and onboarding. Following successful completion of the training period, the schedule will transition to 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
