Job summary

PharMerica in Vancouver, WA is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Operations Support to join a closed-door, non-retail team serving long-term care and senior living clients. Schedule includes weekend/evening shifts; Washington Pharmacy Technician License is required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Washington Pharmacy Technician License is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

Administrative support for pharmacy management and daily operations.
Payroll and scheduling assistance including timekeeping and attendance tracking.
Maintain personnel records in compliance with policies.
Prepare and distribute productivity and performance reports.
Monitor workflow with Pharmacist and Supervisor and reassign staff as needed.
Track orders, resolve discrepancies, ensure timely delivery.
Provide backup support as Pharmacy Technician, Data Entry, or Distribution Coordinator.
Respond to audits and verify prescription accuracy against manifests.
Maintain prescription records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Assist with special projects as assigned by leadership.
