Conversio Health is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Support Assistant to help manage daily fulfillment, sterile compounding preparation, and supply coordination. The role is hands-on and requires strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a pharmacy, laboratory, logistics, or shipping environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing patient orders for shipment.
• Restock and organize compounding, micro lab and shipping supplies to maintain an efficient work area.
• Support daily shipping goals by collaborating with the fulfillment team to meet turnaround times.
• Assist with receiving and organizing incoming supplies as needed.
• Serve as a flexible resource between sterile compounding, operations, and shipping teams based on operational needs.
• Perform lot counting and documentation for sterile compounding batches.
• Assisting with weekly and monthly cleaning tasks as outlined in SOPs.
• Operate the autoclave and oven for sterilization of equipment, supplies, and materials following established procedures.
• Complete dish preparation for sterile compounding, ensuring all tools, containers, and components are cleaned, organized, and ready for use.
• Prepare and organize monthly supply sets, including tubing, sterile supplies, and other materials required for compounding workflows.
• Prepare compounding samples for required testing.
