Job summary

Cigna Group in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Inventory Representative to process supplier delivery receipts and maintain perpetual inventory records. This role ensures paperwork is filed properly and supports resolution of delivery issues between receiving, purchasing, and suppliers.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, accurate physical counts in dispensing and overstock areas, variance reconciliation, and setup of new items in software.

Qualifications

• Two to three years relevant experience preferred.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate computer skills in Word, Outlook, Excel & Access.
• Ability to understand mathematical conversions.
• Working knowledge of inventory control practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.

Scheduled Shift: Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm Location: AZ, Tempe, 2040 West Rio Salado Pkwy As an Inventory Representative you are responsible for processing supplier delivery receipt information in perpetual inventory system. Ensure all paperwork is received and filed properly. Resolve delivery issues between receiving department, purchasing, and suppliers.

What you need to do the job:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly resolve problems and develop favorable solutions
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Work at home occasionally or permanently requires an internet connection obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
