Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Representative to keep packaging and logistics running smoothly. The role handles sorting packages to carrier pallets, wrapping pallets, loading and unloading trailers, ordering supplies, and ensuring timely delivery to carriers.

You'll work closely with coworkers to share best practices, monitor automation, and maintain accurate labeling and paperwork.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant experience.
• Intermediate office equipment skills
• Ability to understand mathematical conversions
• Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly resolve problems and develop favorable solutions
• Forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Communicating with vendors via email if needed.
• All bags are correctly sealed; printers are accurately loaded with the correct paper.
• Work collaboratively with all coworkers to ensure that best-practices are shared while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Keep work station clean at all times.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

Pharmacy Operations Representative Scheduled Shift: Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm Location: AZ, Tempe, 2040 West Rio Salado Pkwy

As an Operations Representative you are responsible for helping to keep productivity running smoothly

What you’ll do:

• Ensuring the packages are getting to the carrier in a timely manner
• Performs related duties as required
• Ensure that the address prints correctly on each package.
• Communicating with vendors via email if needed
• All bags are correctly sealed; Printers are accurately loaded with the correct paper.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
