Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists and pharmacy coordinators in resolving claims, pricing, and coding. The role requires collaboration with internal departments and external vendors to resolve pharmacy-related issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing claims.

Hybrid work arrangement is available with 3 days in office and 2 days remote, offering a balanced schedule while maintaining in-office collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related health care field or four years work experience in health care/insurance.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician credential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in managed care customer service.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets and database software.
• Drug information knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.

Base Pay Range

$38,100.00 - $80,000.00
