Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a Pharmacy Program Leader to oversee administration and management of pharmacy programs, including disease state formulary development, utilization management, specialty pharmacy management, and medication therapy management.

The role emphasizes client relationships, support, and the development of innovative clinical programs with a flexible hybrid schedule and collaboration across headquarters offices.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist in NM, IL, TX, MT.
• 3 years of management and/or leadership experience (with Direct Reports).
• 5 years of experience in Pharmacy practice.
• Experience using window-based word processing, spreadsheet and relational database software.
• Drug information skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of practice guidelines or practice parameters; pharmacoeconomics; quality improvement processes and techniques.
• Knowledge of medication uses evaluation principles.
• Ability to remain at a workstation and perform computer entry for long periods of time.
• Leadership skills (with Direct Reports) and ability to handle multiple priorities and manage communications professionally to achieve issue resolution with customers, employees, or management.

This role is a Flex/Hybrid schedule requiring working 3 days either in the Richardson, TX; Albuquerque, NM; Chicago, IL or Helena, MT Headquarters offices and up to 2 days working from home. Core Business hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST Monday - Friday.

Base Pay Range

$102,000.00 - $184,300.00
