The position follows a flexible hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two remote days, and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare experience, plus Certified Pharmacy Technician

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related health care field or four years work experience in health care/insurance.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Managed care customer service experience.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets and database software.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and pharmacy coordinators in resolution of claims, pricing and coding.
• Work with internal departments and external vendors to resolve pharmacy issues.
