Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) invites a dedicated professional to assist pharmacists and pharmacy coordinators in resolving claims, pricing, and coding. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to evaluate and resolve pharmacy-related issues, ensuring accurate processing and timely resolutions.

The role is a flex hybrid position with three days in the office and two days remote, offering a competitive compensation range that reflects skills, experience, and location

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related health care field or four years experience in health care/insurance.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Managed care customer service experience.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
• Drug information skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to pharmacists and pharmacy coordinators in resolution of claims, pricing, and coding.

Job Requirements

• Certified Pharmacy Technician

Compensation: $38,100.00 - $80,000.00
