Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Ohio who will lead patient care initiatives, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support the Pharmacy Manager with staff supervision.

You will oversee pharmacy operations, optimize workflow, manage inventory, and contribute to patient care programs, immunizations and service quality, while driving profitability and customer satisfaction in a busy community pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and quality assurance in daily operations.
• Lead pharmacy staff and supervise pharmacy technicians.
• Manage regulatory compliance and workflow.
