Job summary

Bluesight is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to own engagement health across the KitCheck client base, monitor portfolio performance, and direct interventions for at-risk accounts.

You will define and maintain the KitCheck engagement scorecard, publish executive summaries, and provide regular account-level updates to CSMs, while serving as a pharmacy operations SME to enable CSMs, sales, and customers through playbooks, webinars, and proactive support.
