Job summary

Bluesight seeks a Pharmacy Operations Optimization Manager with deep hospital pharmacy experience to own the KitCheck customer portfolio, monitor engagement, and drive value realization across accounts. You will coordinate internal resources and maintain dashboards to keep teams aligned and customers renewing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospital pharmacy operations, credentials like PharmD or CPhT, and strong data skills to translate trends into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field is required or equivalent pharmacy technician experience.
• PharmD or CPhT credential is required; involvement in pharmacy practice communities (e.g., ASHP) is a plus.
• 5+ years in hospital pharmacy operations, including inventory management, kit/tray workflows, or pharmacy automation.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement health across the KitCheck customer base and ensure every at‑risk account has an owner and plan.
• Define and maintain the engagement scorecard and publish executive summaries for portfolio health.
• Diagnose gaps, re‑engage customers, or deploy internal experts to regain traction with accounts.
• Direct traffic for pharmacy SME capacity across Implementation, Support, and Professional Services.
• Provide CS & Sales with engagement context ahead of QBRs/EBRs and renewal conversations.
• Develop and maintain the KitCheck Engagement Playbook and lead customer webinars.
• Represent pharmacy workflow challenges to Product, Engineering, and Supply Chain to address renewal or expansion risks.
