CVS Health is seeking a Dispensing Pharmacy Operations Manager in Monroeville, PA Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy. The Pharmacy Operations Manager will direct the filling and shipping areas to ensure prescriptions are filled and shipped accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities include ensuring throughput in filling, quality control and shipping, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing P&L profitability, and coaching staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production/operations/retail/mail order leadership
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in PA
• Ability to travel approximately 10–20% as needed

Responsibilities

• Direct the filling and shipping areas to ensure prescriptions are filled and shipped accurately and efficiently
• Ensure throughput within filling, quality control and shipping areas
• Ensure orders flow through the Fulfillment Center to meet customer deadlines and ensure timely delivery
• Oversee compliance with State and Federal regulations for designated teams
• Manage P&L to ensure profitability throughout the process
