CVS Health is seeking a Dispensing Pharmacy Operations Manager in Monroeville, PA Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy. The Pharmacy Operations Manager will direct the filling and shipping areas to ensure prescriptions are filled and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities include ensuring throughput in filling, quality control and shipping, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing P&L profitability, and coaching staff.

The typical pay range for this role is $123,250.00 – $208,000.00. This range represents the base salary for positions within this job grade. The actual offer depends on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range above.
