Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Dispensing Pharmacist Manager to coordinate daily pharmacy operations, oversee staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will supervise pharmacists, technicians and delivery processes while managing budget and inventory. A Pharm.D.

or BS in Pharmacy with active licensure is required, plus strong communication and leadership abilities. Preference for long-term care experience, immunization certification, and the ability to plan and coordinate activities independently.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in good standing and active practice.
• Two years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily pharmacy operations including Pharmacists, IV Dept, and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, DEA and HIPAA rules.
• Supervise staff, manage budget, and oversee inventory and ordering.
• Assess therapy appropriateness, high risk meds, allergies and interactions.
• Address customer questions and ensure timely medication delivery.
