Covelo Direct is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations, lead pharmacists and technicians, and ensure exceptional patient care across Colorado locations.
You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, manage workflow and inventory, coach staff, and drive operational and clinical performance in partnership with local providers.

Qualifications
- Pharmacy degree from accredited U.S. school (BS or Pharm.D).
- 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience.
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily pharmacy operations and supervise staff.
- Manage workflow, scheduling, inventory, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company rules.
- Resolve customer concerns and deliver patient service.
- Monitor third-party billing, audits, and insurance issues.
- Build relationships with local providers and support community health.
- Coach and develop pharmacy team members.
- Drive operational, financial, and clinical goals.
