Job summary

Covelo Direct is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations, lead pharmacists and technicians, and ensure exceptional patient care across Colorado locations.

You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, manage workflow and inventory, coach staff, and drive operational and clinical performance in partnership with local providers.

Qualifications

  • Pharmacy degree from accredited U.S. school (BS or Pharm.D).
  • 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience.
  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Our client is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, lead a team of pharmacists and technicians, and ensure exceptional patient care while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy staff.
  • Manage workflow, scheduling, inventory, and pharmacy performance.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding patient service.
  • Monitor third-party billing, audits, and insurance issues.
  • Build relationships with local providers and support community health initiatives.
  • Coach, develop, and evaluate pharmacy team members.
  • Drive operational, financial, and clinical goals.
Qualifications
