Qualifications

• Operations management experience including responsibility for workflow, resources, quality, and compliance.
• Bachelor's Degree or related experience; PharmD strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run the operational performance of a designated pharmacy to achieve operational targets while maintaining all federal, state, and local compliance requirements.
• Ensure resources are mobilized and operating effectively to meet customer commitments; consult with internal partners to address risks/opportunities.
• Use expertise in supply chain and pharmacy operations to improve processes and increase location efficiency.
• Implement enterprise-wide standard processes, programs, and procedures within a pharmacy location.
• Ensure medication delivery routes meet customer needs.
• Accountable for training and engagement of pharmacy staff to deliver on goals.
• Coach and develop direct reports.
• Operate with strong business intuition; hold responsibility for overall location operation metrics, employee engagement, and compliance.
