Job summary

Jefferson Regional Med Ctr in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Manager of Pharmacy Operations to oversee inpatient pharmacy services and the outpatient oncology infusion center.

You will lead staffing, training, and performance evaluations, ensuring efficient operations and high standards of patient safety and care.

Typical hours are 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, and applicants must have a PharmD and Arkansas licensure; oncology experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Pharm D preferred; ACPE-accredited program.
• Current licensure with Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy required.
• Safety sensitive position.
• Strong leadership and management skills; ability to mentor and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of pharmacy automation systems, EHR, and medication management software.
