Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D) preferred.
• Graduate from an ACPE-recognized ACPE-accredited pharmacy college.
• Current Licensure with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy required.
• Safety sensitive position.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of pharmacy automation systems, electronic health records (EHR), and medication management software.
