HSHS in Illinois seeks a Pharmacy Leader to assist in oversight of a hospital pharmacy in Litchfield, IL. This full-time evening shift position includes planning, staffing, and fiscal responsibilities while functioning as a pharmacist as needed.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's in Pharmacy (Master’s or PharmD preferred), with at least 3 years related experience and 2 years leadership; license/eligibility in IL required; board certification preferred. Salary range shown and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
• Master's degree or doctorate of Pharmacy preferred
• Licensed as Pharmacist, or eligible for licensure as Pharmacist, in state of practice required.
• Board certification preferred.

• Participate in management of operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities.
