Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced Pharmacy Operations Leader in Dallas to drive day-to-day performance and scale the organization through its next growth phase.

Reporting to the COO, this role oversees production, fulfillment, logistics and customer service, with a hands-on leadership style to build high-performing teams in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmacy operations leadership experience.
• Experience in a 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy is required.
• Bachelor degree or above.
• 3+ years leading teams of 20+ employees.
• Strong experience managing KPIs, productivity, staffing and operational performance.

Responsibilities

We’re partnering with a growing compounding pharmacy in Dallas seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Leader to drive day-to-day performance and help scale the organization through its next stage of growth. Position will be Manager or Director, depending on candidate's experience level.

This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the COO, with responsibility across pharmacy production, fulfillment, logistics, customer service, staffing, workflow and overall operational performance.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of pharmacy operations leadership experience
• 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy experience required
• Bachelor Degree or above
• 3+ years leading teams of 20+ employees
• Strong experience managing KPIs, productivity, staffing and operational performance
• Proven success improving workflows, building processes and driving accountability
• A hands‑on leader who knows how to build, coach and develop high‑performing teams
• Experience in a highly regulated pharmacy or FDA‑regulated environment
