Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist with patient registration, prescription data entry, and medication preparation.
• Assist with health services such as immunizations and health screenings where allowed by law.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure on-time completion of pharmacy tasks and reports.
• Support inventory management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
