Qualifications

• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations to ensure efficient workflow and positive patient experience.
• Assist pharmacist in patient care, prescription data entry, and preparation of medications under supervision.
• Lead training, development, and performance management of pharmacy technicians; delegate non-clinical tasks.
