Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification (excluding Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital settings.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with patient care tasks, including prescription data entry, medication preparation, and calls.
• Support non-clinical operations, ensure accurate dispensing, and maintain proper inventory.
• Communicate prescription errors and follow quality improvement procedures.
• Contribute to customer service excellence and patient experience.
• Participate in store meetings and training as required.
