Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree from an accredited U.S. school of pharmacy.
• Minimum of two years of retail pharmacy experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of a Staff Pharmacist.
• Direct workflow to minimize wait times and improve service.
• Develop and promote pharmacy sales plans and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Lead the pharmacy team to achieve inventory utilization goals and maintain records.
• Train staff on ordering and inventory management procedures.
• Monitor third-party insurance profitability and resolve billing issues.
