Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely and counsel patients.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and mentor staff during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Provide immunizations and clinical care as permitted.
• Resolve insurance and medication issues for patients.
• Maintain accuracy of prescriptions and patient records.
