CVS Health in Portland, Oregon is hiring a Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop a pharmacist team, deliver patient‑centered care, immunizations, and compliant dispensing while driving operational excellence in the store.

You will coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage inventory and workflow, partner with the store manager to maintain talent and a safe, inclusive workplace, and expand clinical services for patients.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required trainings within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on tasks and pivot as needed to meet patient and business needs.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner and respond to patient needs.
• Communication Skills: use and understand verbal and written communication with patients and colleagues.
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate quantities, days supply, and labels for prescriptions.
• Problem Resolution: address challenging patient or colleague interactions and take appropriate action.
