Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative tasks to support workflow.
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions under supervision.
• Assist pharmacist, supervise technicians when needed, and ensure policy compliance.
• Engage customers to ensure a positive patient experience and resolve simple inquiries.
• Support inventory management and recordkeeping for regulatory compliance.
• Lead training, coaching, and scheduling of pharmacy technicians; manage performance.
