Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop the pharmacy team within a CVS Pharmacy location. The role focuses on safe dispensing, patient counseling, immunizations, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while maintaining high-quality patient care.

You will oversee bench shifts, coaching staff, and coordinating with the store leadership to ensure operational excellence and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Maintain accuracy in prescription labeling and patient safety.
• Provide compassionate patient counseling and engage with the patient’s healthcare team.
• Lead and develop the pharmacy team, including onboarding and training.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Manage pharmacy operations and scheduling in coordination with Store Manager.
