The position demands strong leadership, policy development skills, and proficiency in managing staff and inventory, with a focus on patient safety and operational excellence in a high-stress environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalency and Pharmacy Tech Certification required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Five years pharmacy experience; Operational management experience; Supervisory or Management experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal clinical services and compliance with legal and accreditation standards.
• Develop, review, and update policy guidelines and procedures; provide staff training.
• Oversee inventory management and improve efficiency across pharmacy operations.
• Prepare reports and maintain records; monitor performance against goals and objectives.
• Maintain customer service quality and address complaints; collaborate with staff to strengthen the team.
