Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee the JPS Health Network Correctional Pharmacy. You will coordinate patient services, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with all policies and quality standards.

The role requires an accredited pharmacy degree, Texas licensure, and a minimum of inpatient experience with at least one year in a leadership position. Join a team focused on safe, effective medication management within a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• Inpatient pharmacy experience required or highly preferred.
• 1 year of managerial experience is preferred.
• Ability to work occasional on call in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Pharmacy to ensure optimal service and compliance with policies and standards.
• Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians; maintain daily operations.
• Schedule staff for routine, weekend, holiday, and on-call hours.
• Provide drug information and training to staff; maintain patient medication records.
• Maintain inventory and ensure controlled substances are tracked per law.
