• 3–5 years of experience as a pharmacist.
• Experience in pharmacy management or supervisory role preferred.
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited college.

• Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory management, and patient counseling.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage and develop pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians.
• Optimize pharmacy workflow and processes to improve efficiency and patient safety.
• Monitor and improve pharmacy financial performance.
• Supervise the dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Counsel patients on medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
• Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to minimize waste and ensure adequate supply.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to monitor and improve pharmacy services.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff.
