Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Manager of Pharmacy to lead the Pharmacy Department in coordination with the Director of Pharmacy. This role oversees day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, and ensures adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Schedule pharmacy staff and promote employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and PI/Quality initiatives.
• Oversee purchasing, control, and security of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and hospital departments to resolve issues.
• Assist in budget, policy development, and strategic planning.
