Job summary

• Complete patient and physician calls under supervision and support health services allowed by law.
• Delegate non-clinical tasks and manage scheduling to ensure on-time workflows.
• Prepare and file reports and records for government agencies as directed.
• Support insurance claims processing and resolve related issues.
