• Lead and schedule technicians; communicate with off-site team members.
• Identify defects through CPAS and participate in RIP-driven improvements of procedures.
• Assess training needs and coordinate necessary training for the Pharmacy Operations team.
• Conduct quarterly Goals & Objectives meetings and align team goals with Key Imperatives.
