Job summary

This role requires 6+ years of related experience, an Indiana Pharmacy Technician license or in-training license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or relative experience, with 6+ years in related, regulated operations.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and standard PC software.
• Ability to analyze problems, make sound decisions, and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to work flexible hours as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily work assignments for pharmacy staff.
• Monitor production activities and balance labor resources to meet goals.
• Lead daily operations for fulfillment, dispensing, shipping, and inventory.
• Serve as primary contact for customer concerns and escalation requests.
• Support order fulfillment activities including replenishment, receiving, put-away, and cycle counts.
