Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• Has one year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in delivery of patient care, including prescription data entry and preparation of medications.
• Assist with vaccines, health screenings, and other services allowed by law.
• Maintain efficient pharmacy workflow and ensure accurate dispensing and insurance processing.
• Support manager in training, coaching, and performance management of technicians.
