Job summary

You will lead training and performance management for technicians, manage scheduling, ensure compliant recordkeeping, and drive efficient pharmacy workflow to deliver a positive patient

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (where required).

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities including prescription data entry and medication preparation.
• Respond to patient calls and questions under pharmacist supervision.
• Support immunization services and health screenings where allowed by law.
• Lead training and development of pharmacy technicians.
• Manage scheduling and track performance for team members.
• Ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
