Qualifications

• PTCB certification is required.
• At least 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care including registration, prescription data entry, preparation of medications, counting and verification where allowed by law.
• Handle patient calls under pharmacist supervision and assist with healthcare service offerings as allowed by law.
• Lead technician training, coaching and performance management; oversee scheduling and attendance to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain inventory and prepare reports; manage non-clinical tasks and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support community outreach and coordinate with management on pharmacy operations and security safeguards.
