Job summary

Sutter Health is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor for ABSMC-Alta Bates Herrick Campus in California. The role combines on-site supervision with a hybrid schedule to align with department needs and patient care goals.

You will oversee pharmacy technicians and navigators, develop standard work, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements across satellite clinics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program.
• Meets Board of Pharmacy registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises pharmacy technicians and Navigation staff, including scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Develops policies for continuity of services.
• Ensures compliance with standards and regulations (TJC, NABP, FDA, USP).
• Coordinates workflows across clinics and departments.
• Maintains records and supplies.
