Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care including prescription data entry and preparation.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve complaints.
• Maintain efficient pharmacy workflow and inventory management.
• Ensure accurate processing of insurance claims and resolve issues.
• Support training and scheduling of pharmacy team.
