Qualifications

• Minimum: BS or PharmD degree in Pharmacy.
• Must possess a valid State License and current registration to practice Pharmacy.
• Certified immunizer preferred.
• Previous experience as a Pharmacist required.
• Ability to stand/walk throughout most of a shift.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to Kinney Standard of Practice for dispensing prescriptions and patient counseling.
• Manage quality assurance steps to ensure accurate prescriptions.
• Report dispensing incidents in a timely manner per company guidelines.
• Oversee third-party claims submission and collections.
• Balance pharmacy inventory to maximize turns while meeting customer needs.
• Oversee communications with Kinney Warehouse and other suppliers.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Develop and manage annual pharmacy department operating budget.
• Schedule staff and ensure payroll and productivity targets are met.
• Train pharmacy staff using Kinney Clerk and Technician Training Program.
