The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, customer focus, and collaboration with physicians. You will oversee dispensing, QA, third-party claims, inventory control, staff training, and ensure confidentiality while maintaining professional relationships with doctors and auditors.

Competenze

• Must hold a valid State Pharmacy License and be registered to practice.
• Pre-employment and/or random drug screening required.
• BS or PharmD degree in Pharmacy is required.

Mansioni

• Dispense prescriptions and counsel patients following Kinney Standard of Practice.
• Perform QA steps to ensure technically accurate prescriptions.
• Report dispensing incidents per guidelines; ensure compliance with state/federal rules.
• Oversee third‑party claim submission, resubmission and collections.
• Manage pharmacy inventory for optimal turnover while meeting customer needs.
• Coordinate orders with Kinney Warehouse and suppliers; monitor returns and dates.
• Maintain accurate prescription files and records per regulations.
• Utilize in-store pharmacy tech systems to maximize ROI and uptime.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain loss prevention policies.
• Develop relationships with doctors and other health professionals.
• Stay informed on pharmacy developments and best practices; apply them.
