• Enforce loss prevention policies and report deviations.
• Support marketing and promotional programs in-store.
• Maintain clean, professional pharmacy environment.
• Build professional relationships with doctors and health professionals.
• Stay informed on industry developments and integrate them into practice.
• Protect patient confidentiality and facilitate staff communication.
• Assist in training pharmacy staff and clerk/technician programs.
• Interface with auditors and external agencies as needed.
