Job summary

North Central Baptist Hospitals is seeking a Pharmacist Supervisor to oversee pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local laws, and advise physicians on medication utilization. You will lead daily functions, manage drug stock and dispensing, and provide pharmaceutical care across patient populations in a hospital setting.

The role may serve as Pharmacist in Charge as designated by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3 years experience or residency training; 2 years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations of the pharmacy and ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provides leadership to pharmacy staff and serves as Pharmacist in Charge as designated by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Oversees drug stock, storage, distribution, and pharmaceutical care for all patient groups.
