Qualifications

• Registered or eligible for registration as a Pharmacist in Illinois within 90 days of start date.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacy Manager with department operations and workflow coordination.
• Interpret prescriptions and provide drug information to staff and patients.
• Support OR pharmacy services, ADC inventory, and controlled substance monitoring.
