Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services Inc. operates Kinney Pharmacy in Vermont and is seeking a licensed pharmacist to implement and uphold the Kinney Standard of Practice. You will dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, and ensure accuracy in every transaction.

You will oversee third-party claim submissions, manage inventory, coordinate with doctors, and maintain compliant records while delivering excellent customer service and protecting patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid State Pharmacy license and current registration.
Certified Immunizer.
Successful completion of pre-employment and/or random drug screening.

Responsibilities

Dispense prescriptions and counsel patients per Kinney Standard of Practice.
Perform quality assurance to ensure technically accurate prescriptions; report incidents.
Oversee third-party claims submission and processing.
Manage and balance pharmacy inventory for maximum turns while meeting customer needs.
Maintain and secure records in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Ensure optimal use of in-store pharmacy technology to maximize ROI.
Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professional relationships with doctors.
